NOTICE OF TEMPORARY CLOSURE 

Dear patients, 

In light of the coronavirus pandemic, we will be performing a temporary closure of our practice effective immediately due to safety concerns for our patients and their families as well as the community at large. This temporary closure will be in effect until further notice.

At LFMC we believe that this closure will allow time for everyone to evaluate the current situation that our community is currently facing right now. We hope for your understanding in this crucial time and we apologize for any inconvenience. 

While we may not be able to keep the office open directly, we are still available to address all urgent concerns that you may have.

At LFMC, we are now offering Telemedicine services. Telemedicine is a face to face encounter with Dr. Her online at your convenience. To book a Telemedicine encounter with Dr. Her, please give our office a call at (209) 242-2448.

During this temporary closure, our phone lines will remain open. We can schedule telephone appointments with Dr. Her at your convenience as well. This will allow for medication refills in a timely manner as well as provide answers to any questions that you may have. 

Our phone lines will be open during our usual business hours on Mondays and Fridays from 9am – 1pm and on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 9am – 5pm.
